Pay rate: $34.00–$40.00 per hour | Weekly pay

About the Role

You'll be responsible for fabricating, welding and installing a wide range of steel components across commercial and industrial projects.
This role suits someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in quality workmanship, and is confident working both independently and as part of a team.

What You'll Be Doing

• Fabricate and weld steel components from engineering drawings and specifications
• Perform high-quality MIG welding and assembly work
• Read and interpret workshop drawings and fabrication plans
• Prepare fabricated components for transport and installation
• Install fabricated structures and components on commercial and industrial sites
• Work closely with project teams to deliver projects on time and to specification
• Maintain high standards of workmanship, quality and health and safety
• Assist with general workshop and site duties as required

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience as a Fabricator / Welder
• Strong MIG welding and fabrication skills
• Ability to confidently read and interpret engineering drawings
• Experience with structural steel fabrication and site installation is highly regarded
• Welding tickets or relevant certifications
• High attention to detail with pride in producing quality work
• Reliable, punctual and able to work effectively within a team
• Strong commitment to health and safety
• Full Class 1 Driver Licence preferred
