Fabricator / Welder – Fabrication & Site Installation

$34–$35 Per Hour | Weekly Pay | Ongoing Opportunity

Join a growing South Auckland team delivering fabrication and installation projects across commercial and industrial sites.
This role offers a mix of workshop fabrication and on-site installation work, making it ideal for someone who enjoys variety and takes pride in seeing a project through from start to finish.
With a strong pipeline of upcoming work, we're looking for an experienced Fabricator/Welder who can confidently fabricate, weld, and assist with on-site installations while maintaining high standards of workmanship and safety.

Start Date: Immediate start available
Pay Rate: $34–$35 per hour | Weekly pay

What You'll Be Doing
  • Fabricating components from engineering drawings and specifications
  • MIG welding and assembly of fabricated components
  • Reading and interpreting plans and workshop drawings
  • Preparing materials and fabricated items for installation
  • Installing fabricated structures and components on commercial and industrial sites
  • Working closely with project teams to ensure installations are completed to specification
  • Maintaining high standards of quality, workmanship, and safety
  • Assisting with project completion and site works as required
What We're Looking For
  • Proven fabrication and welding experience
  • Strong MIG welding skills
  • Current welding tickets or certifications preferred
  • Ability to confidently read and interpret plans and blueprints
  • Experience with on-site installation work advantageous
  • High attention to detail and pride in workmanship
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively within a team
  • Strong commitment to health and safety
