Pay rate: $30 per hour – weekly pay

About the Role
As a Welder, you'll be responsible for producing high-quality fabrication and welding work across a range of projects. You'll work with a variety of materials and thicknesses, operating both in the workshop and on-site while maintaining high safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform MIG, TIG, and Stick welding
• Weld a variety of materials, including aluminium and stainless steel
• Work with a range of material thicknesses
• Fabricate and weld structural steel components
• Read and interpret engineering drawings and plans
• Operate CNC machinery where required
• Complete both workshop and on-site welding work
• Maintain a strong focus on quality workmanship and health and safety

What We're Looking For
To be successful in this role, you'll have:

• Trade qualification in Welding, Fabrication, Engineering, or equivalent industry experience
• Proven MIG, TIG, and Stick welding experience
• Experience with structural steel fabrication
• Experience welding aluminium, stainless steel, and a variety of material thicknesses
• Experience operating CNC machinery
• Ability to confidently read and interpret engineering drawings
• Full Class 1 driver's licence
• Own reliable transport
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test
• Strong commitment to health and safety
• Excellent attention to detail and a positive work ethic
