Are you an experienced MIG Welder/Fabricator looking for your next opportunity? Tradestaff Hamilton is seeking a skilled tradesperson to join a busy workshop in Hamilton Central. If you take pride in producing high-quality work, can read workshop drawings, and enjoy working on a variety of fabrication projects, we'd like to hear from you.

Location: Hamilton Central, Hamilton
Start date: Immediate
Pay rate: $34–$38 per hour 

What you'll be doing

• MIG welding and fabrication
• Reading and interpreting workshop drawings
• Assembly and fitting of fabricated components
• Operating fabrication machinery safely and efficiently
• Carrying out quality checks to ensure a high standard of workmanship

What we're looking for

• Proven NZ experience in MIG welding and fabrication
• Ability to read and interpret workshop drawings
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen
• Relevant welding qualifications or tickets are an advantage
