We're looking for an experienced landscape worker for a growing Tauranga business.
This is a hands-on role where you'll assist with daily operations, coordinate projects, manage equipment, and help drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily operations and scheduling
- Oversee machinery, and equipment
- Promote strong Health & Safety practices
- Work alongside crews when required
- Landscaping, horticulture, or property maintenance experience
- Experience with soft and hard landscaping
- Previous experience using heavy gardening tools - petrol powered etc
- Experience working from ladders
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Commercial machinery operating experience
- Full NZ Driver Licence
- Strong commitment to Health & Safety
- Landscaping or horticultural qualifications
- Grow safe, First Aid, or Chainsaw certifications
- $30+ per hour, negotiable for the right candidate
- Ongoing training and development
