EXPERIENCED DIGGER OPERATOR – WAIKATO

TradeStaff are looking for an experienced Digger Operator to join a well-established small civil construction business based in the Cambridge, Hamilton and Te Awamutu areas.

This is a great opportunity for an operator who takes pride in their work, has strong civil experience and enjoys being part of a hands-on team.

WHAT’S ON OFFER

• $30–$35 per hour, depending on experience

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Strong civil construction operating experience
• High-level excavator skills
• Final trim experience
• GPS experience
• Drainage experience
• Roading experience
• Grader experience would be a major advantage
• Excellent attitude and strong work ethic
• Impeccable timekeeping and attendance
• Willingness to get out of the digger and help your teammates when required – this is non-negotiable
• Full Class 1 licence
• WTR endorsement
• Must be able to pass a drug and alcohol test
• Based in or around Cambridge, Hamilton or Te Awamutu

NOT THE RIGHT FIT IF

• Your experience is primarily bulk earthworks
• You have quarry-only operating experience
