We’ve got multiple civil projects underway in Drury and are looking for experienced Excavator Operators to join busy crews delivering key infrastructure and maintenance work.
This role suits operators who are confident on the machine and happy to be part of a hands-on team. You’ll be working across a mix of tasks — from drainage and trenching through to general civil support — on well-run sites with consistent workflow.
If you’ve got solid experience and want steady hours with a strong pipeline of work, this is a great opportunity.

Location: Drury, South Auckland
Start date: Immediate
Pay rate: $28–$30 per hour (weekly pay)

What you’ll be doing:

• Operating excavators across civil and maintenance projects
• Trenching, drainage, and infrastructure support work
• Assisting with site tasks where required
• Working alongside crews to meet project deadlines
• Maintaining strong health and safety standards

What we’re looking for:

• WTR endorsements (required)
• Class 2 licence (beneficial)
• 3–5 years’ experience operating excavators in civil environments
• Experience in drainage, roading, or infrastructure work
• Confident working both on the machine and on the ground
• Reliable, safety-focused, and team-oriented
