Start date: Immediate start
Pay rate: $40.00 per hour – paid weekly
What you'll be doing
- Carry out planned and reactive maintenance on commercial electrical systems.
- Diagnose and repair electrical faults safely and efficiently.
- Install, replace, and upgrade lighting, switchboards, and electrical equipment.
- Complete testing, inspections, and preventative maintenance.
- Read and interpret electrical drawings and specifications.
- Liaise professionally with clients, site managers, and other trades.
- Complete service reports and maintain accurate documentation.
- Ensure all work complies with NZ electrical standards and health and safety requirements.
- NZ Registered Electrician with a current EWRB practising licence.
- Proven commercial maintenance experience.
- Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills.
- Full NZ driver's licence.
- Ability to work independently and manage your workload.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong commitment to health and safety.
- Able to pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol test.
- Clean Ministry of Justice (MOJ) check.
- Competitive $40/hr pay with weekly wages paid on time, every time.
