Civil Drainlayer
We’re on the lookout for a Registered or Certified Drainlayer to join a busy civil crew delivering projects across Rangiora, North Canterbury, with consistent hours and ongoing work.

Location: Rangiora, North Canterbury
Start date: Immediate
Pay rate: $40 – $45 per hour, paid weekly

What you’ll be doing:

• Installing and maintaining stormwater and sewer drainage systems
• Laying pipes, trenching, backfilling, and compacting to spec
• Reading and interpreting plans and working to council standards
• Carrying out testing and ensuring compliance with regulations
• Working across subdivisions and civil construction sites
• Using hand tools and small plant as required
• Ensuring high-quality workmanship and safe site practices

What we’re looking for:

• Registered or Certified Drainlayer (mandatory)
• Proven experience in civil drainage
• Strong ability to read and work from plans
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Physically fit and reliable
• Site Safe (preferred but not essential)
