About the Role
Working closely with the General Manager, Quantity Surveyor, and Site Supervisors, you'll be responsible for planning and coordinating both linehaul and local cartage operations, while also supporting the transport requirements of the company's civil projects.
Using MyTrucking software, you'll manage daily and weekly schedules, communicate with drivers, respond to changing priorities, and ensure maximum fleet utilisation.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate daily truck movements and transport schedules
- Allocate work across linehaul, local cartage, and civil operations
- Adjust schedules to meet changing customer and operational requirements
- Communicate effectively with drivers, supervisors, clients, and suppliers
- Monitor driver hours, logbooks, and transport compliance
- Promote and maintain a strong health and safety culture
- Ensure delivery documentation and dockets are completed accurately
- Use MyTrucking and other software systems to manage fleet operations
- Previous experience in transport dispatch, logistics, or fleet coordination
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong organisational and problem-solving ability
- Able to multitask and perform well under pressure
- Good computer skills and confidence using scheduling software
- Knowledge of transport regulations, driver hours, and compliance
- Experience within the civil, transport, or contracting industries is highly desirable
