Digger Operator
We're looking for an experienced Digger Operator to join a busy civil construction team working across Kopu, Thames and the surrounding Coromandel region. If you're confident operating excavators, hold a Class 4 licence with WTR endorsements, and don't mind jumping out of the cab to help on the ground, we'd like to hear from you.
Location: Kopu, Thames
Start date: Immediate
Pay rate: $30–$32 per hour, depending on experience (weekly pay)

What's involved
- Operate excavators and other civil machinery safely and efficiently
- Assist with trenching, earthworks and site preparation
- Carry out general labouring and provide hands-on support when required
- Work alongside a close-knit team to complete projects safely and on schedule
- Follow all health and safety procedures on site
- Full Class 4 licence
- Current WTR endorsements
- Experience operating excavators in a civil construction environment
- Physically fit and willing to assist with manual labour
- Strong awareness of health and safety
- Reliable with a great work ethic
- Civil construction experience preferred
- Competitive pay of $30–$32 per hour, depending on experience
