We're looking for a motivated Customer Service person to join our client's team in Central Tauranga. If you enjoy helping customers, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and have strong administration skills, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive team with the potential for ongoing work.
Location: Central Tauranga, Tauranga

Pay rate: $29–$32 per hour PAYE, with weekly pay

About the Role You'll play a key role in supporting customers while assisting with administration and sales functions in a busy office environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service both in person and over the phone
- Process phone sales and customer orders accurately
- Complete data entry and maintain accurate records
- Perform general administration duties
- Build positive relationships with customers and colleagues
- Ensure enquiries are handled professionally and efficiently
- Previous customer service experience
- Strong computer and data entry skills
- Experience using CRM systems
- Full NZ Driver Licence
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Confidence handling phone sales and customer enquiries
- A positive attitude and willingness to be part of a supportive team
