Concrete Worker
We're looking for experienced Concrete Workers to join busy crews in Cambridge. If you have experience in concrete placing, finishing, and formwork and take pride in delivering quality workmanship, we'd like to hear from you.
Location: Cambridge, Cambridge
Start date: Immediate start available
Pay rate: $28-$34 per hour (paid weekly)
What you'll be doing:

• Assist with site preparation, excavation, and setting up work areas ready for concrete pours
• Place, spread, and level concrete to required specifications
• Carry out finishing work including screeding, trowelling, edging, and surface treatments
• Assist with the construction, installation, and removal of formwork and boxing
• Help with reinforcing steel placement and concrete preparation activities
• Safely operate hand and power tools, as well as other equipment required on site
• Work alongside supervisors and crew members to ensure projects are completed on time and to a high standard
• Maintain a strong focus on health and safety, keeping work areas clean, organised, and hazard-free

What we're looking for: We're seeking experienced Concrete Workers who take pride in producing quality work and can work confidently as part of a professional crew.

• Experience in concrete placing, finishing, and formwork
• Ability to work independently and maintain high workmanship standards
• Strong understanding of health and safety requirements on site
• Valid driver's licence and reliable transport
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail

Bonus points if you have:

• WTR endorsement
• Class 2 licence
• Screeding experience
• Boxing/formwork experience
• Finishing and trowelling experience
• Reinforcing steel experience
• Experience on civil construction projects
