Concrete Labourer
We're on the hunt for hardworking Concrete Labourers to join busy civil and concrete crews across Napier.
If you enjoy hands-on outdoor work, aren't afraid of getting stuck in, and want to build your skills with established contractors, we want to hear from you.
Location: Napier, Hawke's Bay
Start date: Immediate start
Pay rate: $25–$28 per hour (weekly pay)

What you'll be doing
- Assisting with site preparation and set-out
- Supporting concrete pours, placing and spreading concrete
- Assisting with kerbing and channel installation
- Helping with boxing and formwork
- Operating hand and power tools
- General site clean-up and labouring duties
- Following health and safety procedures on site
- Restricted licence minimum and reliable transport
- Physically fit and capable of manual work
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Able to work well as part of a team
- Able to pass a pre-employment drug test
- Clean police record
- Get your foot in the door with leading Hawke's Bay contractors
- Variety of outdoor work across kerbing, concrete and civil sites
- Potential for ongoing work for workers who prove themselves
