This is a hands-on role combining concrete batching, customer service, scheduling and administration, making it a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety and takes pride in getting the details right.

About the Role:
You’ll be responsible for producing concrete to the required specifications and standards while helping keep day-to-day operations running smoothly.
Your duties will include:
- Batching concrete to required specifications and standards
- Working closely with the wider team
- Completing heavy lifting and physical tasks as required
- Scheduling and coordinating daily work
- Providing friendly and professional customer service
- Completing accurate data entry
- Managing your time effectively while maintaining strong attention to detail
To be successful in this role, you’ll need:
- A full driver licence
- A clean Ministry of Justice (MOJ) record
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug testing
- Good time management and attention to detail
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Confidence dealing with customers
- A reliable, hands-on approach to work
