We're looking for reliable operators to join a busy team based in Takanini, working across specialist services including jetting, vacuum loading, CCTV inspections, and hydro excavation.

Location: Takanini, Auckland
Start date: ASAP
Pay rate: Class 2: $30.00–$32.00 per hour | Class 4: $32.00–$34.00 per hour (Weekly pay)

About the Role

This is more than just a driving job.
You'll be operating manual Class 2 or Class 4 trucks while supporting specialist civil operations across a variety of customer sites.
The role is physically demanding and requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to health and safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate manual Class 2 or Class 4 trucks and associated specialist equipment
• Carry out jetting, vacuum loading, CCTV inspection and hydro excavation work (role dependent)
• Transport equipment and materials safely between job sites
• Complete daily paperwork and job documentation accurately
• Assist with physical site work and support the wider team as required
• Follow all health and safety procedures and site requirements
• Deliver excellent service while working across a range of customer locations

What We're Looking For

• Full NZ Class 2 or Class 4 manual driver's licence
• Manual transmission experience is essential
• Experience operating jetter, vacuum, CCTV or hydro excavation equipment is advantageous
• DG endorsement (Class 2), Site Safe, Confined Space or First Aid tickets are beneficial
• Physically fit and willing to carry out hands-on site work
• Strong attention to detail and accurate paperwork skills
• Reliable, safety-focused and a team player with a positive attitude

Work Conditions

• Monday to Friday roster
• Rostered Saturdays (approximately two per month)
• Night shift and occasional out-of-town work may be required
• Typical hours are approximately 6:30am–5:30pm, in line with NZ driver logbook requirements
