Civil Works Labourer
Tradestaff is looking for an experienced Civil Labourer to join a well-established civil and drainage contractor in Hastings.

Location: Hastings, Hawke’s Bay
Start date: October
Pay rate: $25–$30 per hour depending on experience, paid weekly

What you’ll be doing
- Assisting experienced tradespeople and civil crews on site
- Supporting general civil and drainage works
- Handling materials, equipment and tools safely
- Assisting with site preparation and general labouring duties
- Keeping work areas tidy, organised and safe
- Completing physically demanding tasks throughout the day
- Following site instructions and Health & Safety procedures
- Previous civil construction experience
- Physically fit and strong with a hands-on attitude
- Excellent Health & Safety awareness
- Comfortable working outdoors in active civil environments
- Reliable, punctual and able to follow instructions
- Willing to work as part of a busy site team
- Able to pass a pre-employment drug test
- Market-rate pay based on your civil experience
- Weekly pay throughout your Tradestaff assignment
- Varied hands-on civil and drainage project work
