Civil Labourer

Tradestaff are currently seeking reliable and hardworking Civil Labourers to join our team and work across a range of civil construction projects.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys physical work, being part of a team, and getting hands-on experience within the civil industry.
About the Role:You will be working alongside experienced civil crews assisting with general site duties and supporting the successful completion of projects.
Duties May Include:

• Manual handling and moving of materials around site
• Digging trenches and assisting with ground works
• Raking, spreading and levelling materials
• Assisting tradespeople and machine operators as required
• Using basic hand tools and power tools safely
• Operating small machinery where required (training provided)
• Keeping the work area clean, tidy and safe
• Following instructions from supervisors and working effectively as part of a team

• Reliable and punctual attitude
• Good level of physical fitness and willingness to get stuck in
• Ability to follow instructions and work well within a team
• Strong commitment to health and safety
• Previous civil or construction experience is an advantage but not essential
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn
