Civil Works Labourer

We’re on the lookout for experienced Skilled Civil Labourers to join our team for a range of projects across the Waikato region. If you’ve got a solid civil background and enjoy working on active, hands-on sites, we want to hear from you.

Location: Various locations across Waikato
Start date: Immediate
Pay rate: $28–$35 per hour (weekly pay)

What you’ll be doing:

• General civil labouring across a variety of infrastructure projects
• Assisting with substation and related civil works
• Supporting skilled tradespeople and machine operators on site
• Working safely and efficiently as part of a team
• Carrying out a range of physically demanding tasks on active sites

What we’re looking for:

• Previous civil construction experience (preferred)
• Class 1 licence (WTR endorsements advantageous)
• Site Safe or other relevant tickets (preferred)
• Experience working around live services or complex environments (advantageous)
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
