Civil Works Labourer

Tradestaff are seeking talented Civil Works Labourers to join our clients for an immediate start!

Requirements:

• Physically fit and able to perform strenuous tasks such as lifting heavy materials and operating construction machinery.
• Prior experience in civil construction or related field is a must.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Willingness to follow safety guidelines and protocols at all times.
• Reliable transportation to and from job sites.
• Basic understanding of construction techniques and materials.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with various tasks on construction sites including digging, lifting, and moving materials.
• Operate hand tools and basic construction equipment under supervision.
• Follow instructions from supervisors and more experienced team members.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of work areas.
• Adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a safe work environment.
• Work collaboratively with the team to complete projects on time and within budget.
