The Role. This isn’t just a "driving" job—it’s a craft. You’ll be at the helm of modern earthmoving equipment, transforming raw land into engineered reality. Whether you are a master of the 20-tonne excavator or a wizard on the grader, your skill will be the heartbeat of our project sites.
Your day-to-day will involve:

• Precision Operation: Expertly handling excavators to dig trenches or manage bulk excavations.
• Artful Articulation: Using graders to place and trim earthworks and gravels with a smooth finish.
• Solid Foundations: Compacting earthworks using rollers or utilizing dozers to rip rock and push dirt where it needs to go.
• Hands-on Effort: While the trucks handle the heavy hauling, you aren’t afraid to get stuck in; heavy lifting is part of the territory when setting up or maintaining the site.
• Fleet Care: You treat your machine like it’s your own. When you’re not in the cab, you’ll be performing essential maintenance—cleaning, refueling, and ensuring your rig is ready for the next shift.
• Safety Leadership: You are our eyes and ears on the ground. You’ll proactively inform supervisors of any mechanical issues to keep the entire site running safely and smoothly.
