Tradestaff are currently seeking experienced Civil Operatives to join our team and work across a range of civil construction projects.
This is a great opportunity for a skilled operator who enjoys working outdoors, operating machinery, and being part of a professional civil crew.
About the Role:You will be responsible for operating machinery safely and efficiently while supporting the delivery of civil construction works. This role requires someone with proven civil experience who can work confidently as part of a team.

Duties May Include:
- Operating civil machinery safely and efficiently
- Completing earthworks, excavation and general civil construction tasks
- Assisting with site preparation and ground works
- Carrying out daily machinery checks and reporting any issues
- Working alongside labourers, supervisors and other operators
- Following site safety procedures and project requirements
- Maintaining a high standard of workmanship and site presentation
- Proven experience working in the civil construction industry
- Class 1 Driver Licence (essential)
- Class 2 Licence highly advantageous
- WTR endorsement highly advantageous
- Experience operating civil machinery
- Strong understanding of health and safety requirements
- Reliable attitude and ability to work well within a team
