Carpentry Foreman

Foreman Carpenter – Architectural Builds (40–45 hrs/week)
We’re looking for an experienced Foreman Carpenter to lead from the front on high-end architectural builds.
This is a hands-on role — you’ll be on the tools daily while managing the team and keeping projects running smoothly.

• Location: Christchurch
• Start: Immediate / ASAP
• Pay Rate: $40–$50 per hour (depending on experience)

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise a small team on site
• Stay actively on the tools (not just overseeing)
• Coordinate workflow, timelines, and subcontractors
• Deliver high-quality finishes on architectural builds
• Uphold strong health & safety standards

What we need from you:

• Level 4 Carpentry Qualification (or equivalent)
• 3+ years’ experience as a Foreman
• Strong background in architectural / high-spec residential builds
• Confident leading teams and running sites
• Ability to read and interpret plans accurately
• Reliable, motivated, and takes pride in quality workmanship
