Tradestaff has immediate opportunities available for experienced carpenters on major civil infrastructure projects throughout New Zealand.
 
If you're tired of the same old setlist and ready for something bigger, we've got bridge, roading, and structural construction projects that are cranking things up to 11.
 
We're working with industry-leading contractors on major infrastructure builds across the country. If you've got experience in formwork, concrete structures, and civil construction, we can get you on site quickly.
 
Location: Various Locations, Nationwide
Start date: Immediate
Pay rate: $36–$42 per hour depending on experience – paid weekly
 
The Role
This isn't acoustic carpentry.
You'll be helping deliver major bridge, transport, and infrastructure projects that keep New Zealand moving. 🤘🔨
 
🔊 Key Responsibilities

• Civil formwork and boxing for major infrastructure projects
• Bridge construction and structural carpentry work
• Concrete pours, foundations, and retaining structures
• Reading and interpreting plans and technical drawings
• Working alongside engineers, supervisors, and site teams
• Maintaining high standards of quality and site safety

 
🔨 What We're Looking For

• NZ Trade Qualified Carpenter
• Proven civil, bridge, or infrastructure experience
• Strong formwork and concrete construction skills
• Ability to read and interpret plans and drawings
• Site Safe preferred, with Working at Heights and EWP advantageous
• Reliable, safety-focused, and able to pass a drug test
