The Role

• Reading and interpreting architectural plans with precision.
• Executing all stages of the build—from foundations and framing to high-spec finishing work.
• Collaborating with sub-trades and architects to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Maintaining a gold standard of Health & Safety on-site.
• Mentoring apprentices and sharing your wealth of knowledge with the next generation.

What You Bring to the Site

• Qualified Status: You hold a New Zealand Trade Certificate in Carpentry (or equivalent) and preferably an LBP.
• The Eye for Detail: You’re a perfectionist who takes pride in every joint, cut, and finish.
• Problem Solver: Construction throws curveballs; you bring solutions and a "can-do" attitude.
• Reliability: You’re a professional who shows up on time, every time, with your own basic kit of tools.
• Clean Driver’s License: You’ll need to get yourself (and sometimes the gear) to various sites around the region.
