A recruitment consultant is the middle person between a candidate seeking a job and a company seeking an employee. These recruitment company consultant positions can be dealing with either a temporary or permanent placement.
There is however, much more to being a great recruitment consultant; it is about giving the client the highest level of service, matching the right person to the task; it’s about building on the relationships with existing clients, while also developing new clients.
The Recruitment Consultant has a powerful influence on helping candidates improve their working conditions, the culture of their environment and their overall well being.
