What happens when I finish training?

Your training becomes your job. Your job starts the first time you pick up the phone, interview a candidate, speak with a client, visit a site or take a job description, or a job order. Recruitment is an ideal industry if you enjoy continually being challenged and want to learn new things.

What happens in a typical day?

On any given day you will:

  • interview candidates
  • meet with clients
  • sell our services
  • take phone calls
  • place people in jobs
  • provide Health and Safety inductions
  • go on a site tour
  • or 101 other different things.

You will be busy but you will be productive, because our procedures are part of Tradestaff's winning formula.
