Your Brilliant Career

What is a recruitment consultant?

A recruitment consultant is the middle person between a candidate seeking a job and a company seeking an employee. These recruitment consultant positions can be dealing with either a temporary or permanent placement.

There is however, much more to being a great recruitment consultant; it is about giving the client the highest level of service, matching the right person to the task; it’s about building on the relationships with existing clients, while also developing new clients.

The Recruitment Consultant has a powerful influence on helping candidates improve their working conditions, the culture of their environment and their overall well being.

Most people don’t seek out careers in recruitment, recruitment comes to them. Your work background, your general life experiences and your attitude, play a big part in helping shape, “Your Brilliant Career”.
