When we make an appointment for an interview with you, we will ask you to bring with you your IRD number, bank account details and references from 2 people who are able to tell us about your work history. As a Tradestaff employee, you are required to sign an Employment Agreement with us; we discuss this with you at interview and you will have the opportunity to either sign this at your interview or take it with you to discuss with someone of your choosing prior to signing. This Employment Agreement discusses your rights and responsibilities in detail along with outlining Tradestaff’s responsibilities to you. Once you have successfully gone through the recruitment process we will make it our mission to get you into work quickly and to keep you working for as long as you require. Depending on what sort of work you are after and the skills you have, we may have something for you on the same day or shortly after. Tradestaff is able to offer an enormous variety of work – both short term and long term – across the full range of trade and industrial sectors. What are we looking for? It’s important to us to find the appropriate people for the work we have. Tradestaff has a broad variety of work available with many different clients – from unskilled labouring through to highly specialised tasks. We not only ensure we go through a robust selection process with our employees, but also take a great deal of care in ensuring we supply staff to appropriate clients – those who are reliable, good to deal with, value their staff and operate a safe work environment. Experience counts a great deal in most trades, but we’re also always looking for employees with the right attitude. This means we are able to find employment for just about anyone who is willing to work. Code of Conduct A good working environment depends on fairness, honesty and respect for everyone involved, including other staff, management, sub-contractors and consultants, visitors and members of the public. As representatives of Tradestaff, each of our staff is expected to conduct themselves in a professional manner at all times. Tradestaff has zero- tolerance policy towards any kind of discrimination or harassment. This is all outlined in full in our Employment Agreement.
